Sonder Bondi Junction — Men's Barber in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs
Our Story
The first shop across the bridge and Sonder's move into the eastern suburbs, one that took a while to get to. Bondi had been on the list for years, but Sonder held off until it could be done properly instead of stretching to get there too soon. Bondi Junction finally opened in 2025, a short walk from the interchange, and it was a real marker, the brand reaching the east after years spent on the northern side of the harbour.
Parking
Ticketed street parking is available out the front on both sides of Bronte Road. Alternatively, park in the Westfield and walk about 600 metres to the shop, entering on Hollywood Avenue.
Public Transport
The shop is on Bronte Road, about a 3 minute walk from Bondi Junction Station and the bus interchange in Westfield. The station exits onto Grosvenor Lane, which runs straight into Bronte Road, so it's a quick walk in from the train.
Services
Every haircut at Sonder starts with a proper consultation. We take the time to understand what you're after before anyone picks up the clippers, because that's where a good cut is won or lost. From there it's whatever suits you, a skin fade, a classic cut, a scissor cut or a buzz, plus full beard work from a quick tidy-up to a proper shape and fade.
First time in? Every service has a New Client option with extra time so we can get to know your hair properly.
